The Professional Side
Dr. Samantha Chee grew up in Montclair, New Jersey, before completing her undergraduate studies at Virginia Tech (Go Hokies!). She went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry.
Before beginning dental school, Dr. Sammy worked as a dental assistant, where she discovered her passion for patient care and building meaningful relationships with patients. Seeing a patient’s confidence return after receiving a new set of dentures showed her just how meaningful dentistry can be and inspired her to pursue the profession.
Dr. Sammy enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and values the opportunity to build lasting relationships with her patients. She believes that taking the time to listen, educate, and help patients feel at ease is just as important as providing excellent clinical care.
